From Scarborough, start at the Scarborough Esplanade. Head northwest along the coast towards Plymouth. Continue walking along the main road, which is the Windward Road (also known as the Main Road). This route will take you through the scenic landscapes of Tobago. After approximately 3 kilometers, you will reach the intersection with Commissioner Street. Turn left onto Commissioner Street and walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you see the Courland Monument on your right. Look for the landmark with its historical significance as you approach.

Begin at the Scarborough Bus Terminal, which is located near the center of Scarborough. Board a bus heading to Plymouth. The bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop closest to Commissioner Street. Once you disembark, walk along Commissioner Street for about 500 meters, and you will find Courland Monument on your left.
