After approximately 15 minutes, you'll reach a fork in the road. Keep left to continue on the main road as it curves around. After about 5 more minutes, you will see signs for Arnos Vale Bay. Turn right onto the road leading to Arnos Vale Bay. Continue straight until you arrive at the beach area. Parking may be available nearby, but be sure to check for any local parking regulations.

To reach Arnos Vale Bay using public transportation, take a bus from Scarborough. Look for buses heading towards Plymouth. The bus fare is typically around $3 TT (Trinidad and Tobago dollars).
