Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting in Scarborough, head towards the Scarborough Market. From the market, walk along the main road (Store Bay Local Road) towards the direction of the ferry terminal. Continue along this road until you reach the junction with the Plymouth Road. Turn left onto Plymouth Road and continue walking. You will pass by local shops and eateries. Keep walking until you reach the T-junction at the end of the road. At the T-junction, turn right onto Shelbourne Street. Fort James will be on your left side after a short walk.

    From Scarborough, you can take a local bus heading towards Plymouth. Board the bus at the Scarborough Market bus stop. Inform the driver that you wish to go to Fort James. The bus will take you along the Store Bay Local Road. After a short ride, get off at the junction with Plymouth Road. From there, walk towards the T-junction and turn right onto Shelbourne Street. Fort James will be on your left after a short walk.
