If you are traveling by car, head southeast on the Eastern Main Road (EMR) from St. George East. Continue on the EMR until you reach the junction with the Churchill Roosevelt Highway. Merge onto the highway and keep driving until you reach the exit for Talparo. Follow the signs to Talparo, and once in the area, look for Leotaud Trace. Turn onto Leotaud Trace and continue straight; Hacienda Jacana will be located on your right side. Please note that parking is available on-site.

To reach Hacienda Jacana using public transport, start by taking a taxi or a bus from St. George East to Arima. Upon reaching Arima, look for a taxi stand or a bus heading towards Talparo. The ride should take about 20-25 minutes. Once you arrive in Talparo, ask the driver to let you off near Leotaud Trace. From there, you may need to walk a short distance to reach Hacienda Jacana, which will be on your right. Be sure to have small bills handy to pay for taxi fares.

If you prefer a combination of driving and walking, drive to Talparo as mentioned earlier. Once you park your car near Leotaud Trace, you can walk the remaining distance to Hacienda Jacana. The walking distance is approximately 500 meters, and you will follow Leotaud Trace until you see the entrance on your right. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes for the short walk.
