    From the Tunapuna Market, head west on Market Street towards the junction with Eastern Main Road. Continue straight to Eastern Main Road and turn right. Walk along Eastern Main Road for about 500 meters until you reach the Traffic Light intersection. At the intersection, turn left onto Orange Grove Road. Walk straight for approximately 1 kilometer, and you will see the Caroni Bird Sanctuary on your right at 65 Orange Grove Rd.

    From Tunapuna, walk to the nearest bus stop on Eastern Main Road. Look for a bus heading towards Caroni or Chaguanas. When you board the bus, inform the driver that you want to go to Caroni Bird Sanctuary. The bus will take you along Eastern Main Road, and you can ask the driver to drop you off at the Orange Grove Road stop. Once you get off, walk approximately 200 meters down Orange Grove Road, and you will find the Caroni Bird Sanctuary at 65 Orange Grove Rd.
