Start from the Tunapuna Market. Head east on Tunapuna Main Road toward Eastern Main Road. Continue for about 5 minutes until you reach the junction with the Eastern Main Road. At this junction, turn left onto the Eastern Main Road and walk for approximately 10 minutes. Look for the sign for St. Joseph and follow the road. After crossing the bridge over the river, continue for another 5 minutes until you reach the entrance of First Capital Park, which will be on your right.

From Tunapuna Market, take a bus heading towards St. Joseph. These buses frequently depart from the market area. Inform the driver that you wish to go to First Capital Park.
