If you're driving from San Juan-Laventille, start on the Eastern Main Road heading east. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the intersection with the Churchill-Roosevelt Highway. Take the exit onto Churchill-Roosevelt Highway heading south. After approximately 3 km, take the exit toward Mt. St. Benedict Rd. Follow the signs to Mt. St. Benedict Abbey. The drive should take around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.

To reach Mount St. Benedict Abbey using public transport, head to the nearest bus stop on the Eastern Main Road. Look for a bus or maxi taxi heading towards St. Augustine or Arima.
