Start at the Tunapuna Market on High Street. Head east on High Street, then turn right onto Eastern Main Road (EMR). Walk along the EMR until you reach the intersection with Montrose Road. Continue straight on Montrose Road for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the road leading to Mount Saint Benedict. Follow this road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the entrance to Mount Saint Benedict. The Summit Trailhead is located at MH7X+HX4, which is a short walk from the parking area.
