From Tunapuna, walk to the Tunapuna Bus Terminal. Look for a bus heading to Blanchisseuse. The bus fare is usually around TT$10. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you reach the Blanchisseuse bus stop, disembark and ask the driver or locals for directions to Avocat Waterfall. It is approximately a 30-minute walk from the bus stop.

Taxi
You can take a shared taxi from Tunapuna to Blanchisseuse. Head to any taxi stand or flag down a taxi. The fare will be around TT$25-30 per person and the trip will take about 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Blanchisseuse, ask the driver to drop you off at the closest point to Avocat Waterfall, which is generally near the entrance to the hiking trail.

Walking
If you prefer to walk, start from the center of Tunapuna and head towards the main road that leads to Blanchisseuse. It’s a long walk (approximately 10 km) and may take about 2-3 hours. Follow the signs towards Blanchisseuse, and when you arrive in the village, ask locals for directions to Avocat Waterfall. They can guide you to the trailhead.
