Car
From Maracas Bay, head west on the North Coast Road (Route 1) for about 7 km. You will pass through the scenic areas of Maracas and La Fillette. Continue until you reach the town of Blanchisseuse. At the junction in Blanchisseuse, turn left onto the Blanchisseuse Road. Follow this road for approximately 8 km, and look for signs indicating Rincon Waterfall. There is a small parking area at the trailhead, where you can leave your vehicle.

Public Transportation
To reach Rincon Waterfall from Maracas Bay using public transport, take a taxi or a shared taxi (maxi-taxi) towards Port of Spain. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Blanchisseuse junction. From there, you will need to catch another shared taxi or wait for a bus that goes along Blanchisseuse Road. Inform the driver that you are heading to Rincon Waterfall, which is approximately 8 km from Blanchisseuse. Ensure you have some cash as the fare may vary. Once you reach the trailhead, you can start your hike to the waterfall.

Upon arriving at the Rincon Waterfall trailhead, you'll find a marked path. The hike to the waterfall is approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your pace. The trail is well-trodden but can be slippery, so sturdy shoes are recommended. Make sure to take plenty of water and possibly some snacks for the hike. The waterfall is a stunning sight, perfect for a refreshing swim after your trek.
