    From the Tunapuna market, head north on Church Street towards the Eastern Main Road (EMR). Turn left onto the EMR and walk until you reach the bus terminal (approximately 10 minutes). Look for a bus or taxi marked for 'St. Augustine' or 'Mount St. Benedict'. Board the vehicle and inform the driver of your destination. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes. Once you reach the Mount St. Benedict area, disembark at the nearest stop and follow the signs to the Abbey, which is a short walk up the hill.

    Start at the Tunapuna market and proceed to the Eastern Main Road (EMR). Here, catch a bus or maxi-taxi heading towards San Juan or Arima, and ask the driver to let you off at the bus stop for St. Augustine. From there, you can find another bus or taxi that goes specifically to Mount St. Benedict. This second leg should take about 10-15 minutes, and you will be dropped off closer to the Abbey.
