From the center of Bizerte, head to the main bus station (Gare Routière de Bizerte). Look for a bus heading towards Menzel Bourguiba. Buses to Menzel Bourguiba run frequently, typically every 30 minutes. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Menzel Bourguiba stop.

Walking
Once you arrive at Menzel Bourguiba, you will need to walk to Ichkel National Park. Start by heading east on Avenue Habib Bourguiba for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Route P11. Turn left onto Route P11 and continue walking for approximately 2 kilometers. The park entrance will be on your right. Follow the signs for Ichkel National Park.

If you prefer not to walk, you can take a taxi from Menzel Bourguiba. Just tell the driver 'Ichkel National Park' or show them the address: 13 P11, Menzel Bourguiba.
