Walking
If you are starting from the Bizerte city center, head southeast towards Rue de la Regence. Continue walking straight for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Avenue Habib Bourguiba. Turn left onto Avenue Habib Bourguiba and walk about 500 meters. You will see Rebaa Mosque on your right, located at the address جامع الربع، Rue de la Regence.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the Bizerte bus station, take a local bus heading towards the city center. Ask the driver to let you off at the stop nearest to Avenue Habib Bourguiba. Once you disembark, walk east on Avenue Habib Bourguiba for about 500 meters. Turn right onto Rue de la Regence, and Rebaa Mosque will be on your right.

You can easily find a shared taxi or a private taxi from any central location in Bizerte. Ask the driver to take you to 'جامع الربع، Rue de la Regence'. The ride should take about 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive, you will see Rebaa Mosque right on Rue de la Regence.
