From the center of Bizerte, start at Place de la République. Head east on Avenue Habib Bourguiba, passing by local shops and cafes. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the roundabout at Place du 14 Janvier. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue de la Liberté and continue walking for another 500 meters. You will notice the sea on your left side. As you approach the waterfront, look for signs directing you towards Fort d'Espagne. Follow the path along the coast, which will lead you directly to Fort d'Espagne, located at 7VJC+79G, Bizerte.
Public Transport (Bus)
Start your journey at the central bus station in Bizerte, located near Place de la République. Take bus number 1 towards the coastal area. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Fort d'Espagne, as it is a well-known landmark. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive, you will see the fort from the bus stop. Follow the pedestrian path leading to the entrance of the fort.
Bicycle
If you prefer to rent a bicycle, there are several rental shops near Place de la République. Once you have your bike, head east along Avenue Habib Bourguiba. Continue for about 1 km until you reach the roundabout at Place du 14 Janvier. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue de la Liberté. Keep cycling for about 500 meters until you see the coast on your left. Follow the bike path along the waterfront, which will lead you straight to Fort d'Espagne. There are bike racks available at the fort for parking.
