If you are starting from the Monastir Marina, exit the marina and head south towards Avenue Habib Bourguiba. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Rue de la République. Turn left onto Rue de la République and walk for approximately 300 meters. You will see the Bourguiba Mosque on your right, located at QRFJ+R86.
