Walking
If you are in the center of Monastir, head towards Avenue Habib Bourguiba. Walk straight down this avenue until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenue de la Corniche. Continue walking down Avenue de la Corniche for about 3 kilometers, enjoying the seaside views along the way. Mahdia Beach will be on your right side, easily identifiable by the sandy shores and the clear blue water.
Public Bus
From the central bus station in Monastir, take a bus heading towards Mahdia. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Mahdia bus station, exit and walk towards Avenue de la Corniche. Turn right and walk straight for about 10 minutes. Mahdia Beach will be on your left side, and you can recognize it by the beautiful sandy beach.
Bicycle Rental
If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Monastir. Start by heading towards Avenue Habib Bourguiba and then follow the same route towards Avenue de la Corniche. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes, depending on your speed. Once you arrive, park your bike in a designated area and enjoy Mahdia Beach, which will be on your right.
