From the center of Medina of Sousse, head towards the main street (Rue de la Republique). Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Rue 9 Avril. Turn right onto Rue 9 Avril and proceed until you see a sign for Les Remparts. The entrance to the ramparts will be on your left. The walk should take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point.
