From the central area of Medina of Sousse, head towards the main street, Rue de la République. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Rue du 7 Novembre. Turn left onto Rue du 7 Novembre and continue walking until you reach the entrance to the Medina walls. The Walls of the Medina are located at the Promenade des Remparts, which is a short walk from this point.

If you are near the Great Mosque of Sousse, exit the mosque and head south towards the coastal promenade. Follow the promenade westward along the coast. You will eventually see the Walls of the Medina on your left. This scenic route provides beautiful views of the sea and the Medina.
