Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Port El Kantaoui, head towards the main road leading to Sousse. Look for signs pointing to Sousse or the beach area. Continue walking for about 20-30 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenue Habib Bourguiba. At this point, turn left onto Avenue Habib Bourguiba. Continue straight for another 10-15 minutes. The Monument des Martyrs will be on your right, located at RJHR+384, Sousse. The walk is quite pleasant and you will pass by various shops and cafes along the way.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  If you prefer not to walk, you can take a local bus from Port El Kantaoui to Sousse. Head to the nearest bus stop in Port El Kantaoui and look for buses heading towards Sousse. The fare is typically around 1 Tunisian Dinar (TND). Once you arrive in Sousse, disembark at the bus station. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk to the Monument des Martyrs. Exit the bus station and walk straight down Avenue Habib Bourguiba until you see the monument on your right.

• Taxi

  For a more comfortable option, you can take a taxi from Port El Kantaoui to the Monument des Martyrs. Taxis can be found at various points in Port El Kantaoui, or you can ask your hotel to arrange one for you. The fare should be approximately 15-20 TND, and the ride will take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.
