Walking
If you are in the heart of Tunis, start at Avenue Habib Bourguiba, a central and well-known street. Head east towards the Medina. You can enter the Medina through the Bab el Bahr (also known as Porte de France). Once inside the Medina, follow the narrow streets. Keep an eye out for signs to Rue d'Iran. After approximately a 10-minute walk, you will reach Rue d'Iran. Dar Othman is located at number 47 on this street.
Public Transport (Metro)
Begin your journey at the Tunis Metro station, which is located near Avenue Habib Bourguiba. Take the metro line towards 'L'Aouina'. Get off at the 'Lac 1' station and transfer to a bus or taxi to the Medina. Buses 100 and 101 will take you towards the Medina. Once you reach the Medina, follow the signs to Rue d'Iran, and look for number 47, where Dar Othman is located.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the central bus station, take bus number 21 or 22 towards the Medina. The bus will drop you off at a stop close to Bab el Bahr. From there, enter the Medina and walk towards Rue d'Iran. After about a 5-10 minute walk through the Medina's charming alleys, you will arrive at Dar Othman, located at 47 Rue d'Iran.
