If you are in the central area of Carthage, you can easily reach the Roman Amphitheater by walking. From the Carthage Museum, head southeast along Avenue Habib Bourguiba. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Rue de la République. Turn right onto Rue de la République and continue walking for another 500 meters. The amphitheater will be on your left side, marked by its historical ruins.

Public Transport (Tunis Metro)
From Carthage, take the Tunis Metro Line 1 towards La Marsa. Board the train at the Carthage station. After 2 stops, get off at the 'Carthage Hannibal' station. From there, exit the station and head towards the main road, Rue de la République. Walk for about 10 minutes towards the amphitheater, which is located approximately 700 meters from the metro station. This journey will cost around 1 TND.
