Getting There

    If you are in the central area of La Marsa, head towards the coastal road (Avenue Habib Bourguiba). Walk north until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la République. Turn left onto Avenue de la République and continue walking straight. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will reach the La Marsa train station.

    At the La Marsa train station, purchase a ticket for the suburban train heading towards Carthage. The ticket typically costs around 1 TND. The train frequency is about every 30 minutes. Enjoy the scenic ride along the coast. After a short journey of about 5 minutes, alight at the Carthage station.

    From Carthage train station, you will need to walk to Ahmed Bey Palace. Exit the station and head southeast on Avenue de la Gare.
