If you are starting from the Medina of Tunis, head out of the narrow streets of the Medina towards Avenue Habib Bourguiba. Once you reach Avenue Habib Bourguiba, turn left and walk straight. You will pass the Tunisian National Theatre on your right. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Rue de Allemagne. Take a right onto Rue de Allemagne, and you will find the Central Market of Tunis on your left at number 9.

If you are near the Tunis Metro station, take the Metro Line 1 towards the station 'Khalled Ibn Walid'. Get off at the 'Moustaïd' station. When you exit the station, walk straight down Rue de la Liberté until you reach Avenue Habib Bourguiba. Turn left onto Avenue Habib Bourguiba and continue walking until you reach Rue de Allemagne. Turn right onto Rue de Allemagne, and the Central Market will be on your left at number 9.

If you find yourself near Place de la République, look for bus stops that serve lines 10, 24, or 28. Take any of these buses towards the direction of Bab Bhar. Get off at the Bab Bhar stop.
