If you are in the city center of Ankara (Kızılay or Ulus), start by heading towards Atatürk Boulevard. From Kızılay, walk straight on Atatürk Boulevard until you reach the intersection with the Ankara Opera House. Continue straight, and you will see the famous Anıtkabir (the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk) on your left. Keep walking towards the historical area of Ulus. Once you reach Ulus, follow the signs for the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations. The museum is located in a prominent area, and from there, you can easily ask locals for directions to Alaaddin Mosque, which is nearby. The mosque is located at İçhisar Mah. Aktaş Sok., so look for signs or maps indicating this street.

From Kızılay, take the bus number 222 or 231 from the Kızılay bus stop. Make sure to confirm the bus route, as there may be occasional changes. Stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the 'Havalimanı' stop. From there, get off and walk towards the direction of Aktaş Sok. You will need to ask locals for the exact way to Alaaddin Mosque, as it is a short walk from the bus stop.
