If you are starting from the Antalya Kaleiçi (Old Town), head towards the Hadrian's Gate. From there, walk through the gate and continue straight until you reach the main road, Atatürk Caddesi. Turn right on Atatürk Caddesi and follow it until you reach the intersection with Selçuk Street. Turn left onto Selçuk Street, and you will find Karatay Medresesi at the address Yukarı Ar. Sk. No:14, which is just a short walk from the main road.

From the Antalya Bus Terminal (Otogar), take bus number 600 or 800 towards the city center. You will need to get off at the 'Müze' stop which is near the Antalya Archaeological Museum. From there, walk towards the museum, and continue on the road until you reach Selçuk Street. Turn right on Selçuk Street and walk straight until you reach Karatay Medresesi, located at Yukarı Ar. Sk. No:14.
