If you are in central Bodrum, head towards the coast. You can start at the Bodrum Castle (Kale). From the castle, walk down towards the marina. Continue along the waterfront promenade. You will pass several shops and restaurants. Keep walking until you reach Kumbahçe. Look for Halikarnas İskelesi, which is well marked. The Royal Istankoy Daily and Private Boat Trips is located right at this harbor area.

Find the nearest Dolmuş stop in Bodrum center. Dolmuşes are shared minibuses that frequently run to Kumbahçe. Board a Dolmuş heading towards Kumbahçe. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
