Walking
If you are starting from the Uchisar Castle, head southeast on the main road towards the town center. As you walk, keep an eye out for local shops and cafes. After approximately 10 minutes of walking, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the left path that leads towards Tekelli street. Continue straight for another 5 minutes, and you will see the Uchisar sign on your right, located in a small park area. It's a great photo opportunity!

If you are near the Pigeon Valley, exit the valley trail and head towards Uchisar village. Follow the signs that point towards Uchisar town. This will take you about 20 minutes of walking. As you approach the village, you will find the Uchisar sign situated on Tekelli street, just off the main road. It’s a well-marked and popular spot, so you can't miss it!

Public Transportation
If you are in Göreme, you can take a local dolmuş (shared minibus) towards Uchisar. The fare is typically around 15 Turkish Lira. Upon reaching Uchisar, ask the driver to drop you near the Uchisar Castle. From there, walk southeast towards the main road and follow the walking directions provided above to reach the Uchisar sign.
