Follow the signs for Çetibeli and continue straight for about 8 km. Once you reach Çetibeli village, look for signs indicating the route to Mount Balan. The final stretch is a dirt road, so be cautious and ensure your vehicle is suitable for off-road driving. Parking is available at the base, but may require a small fee.

To reach Mount Balan using public transportation, take a dolmuş (shared minibus) from Marmaris to Çetibeli. Dolmuşes can be found at various points in Marmaris, particularly near the marina and the main bus station. The ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Çetibeli, you may need to hike or arrange a local taxi to cover the remaining distance to Mount Balan. Be prepared for a bit of a trek on foot if no taxi is available.

If you prefer a more direct route after reaching Çetibeli, you can hire a local taxi to take you from the village directly to Mount Balan. This will save you from hiking the last segment. The taxi fare should be negotiated beforehand, but expect to pay around 100-150 TL for a round trip. Make sure to confirm the driver's return time to avoid being stranded.
