From the center of Fethiye, head towards the main bus station (Otogar) located near the town square. Once you reach the bus station, look for a minibus (dolmuş) heading to Kayaköy. These minibuses run frequently throughout the day. After boarding, inform the driver that you want to get off at Kayaköy. The journey will take about 20-25 minutes. Once you arrive in Kayaköy, follow the signs leading to the Blue Cave, which is a short walk away from the bus stop.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Fethiye. Head towards the coast and follow the road signs directing you to Kayaköy. The route is scenic, and you will enjoy beautiful views along the way. The distance is approximately 8 kilometers, and it should take around 30-40 minutes to reach the Blue Cave. Once in Kayaköy, park your bike at a designated area and walk to the cave.
