If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the city of Burdur. Head southeast on D330 towards Ağlasun. Continue on this road for about 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Ağlasun. Once in Ağlasun, follow the signs for Sagalassos, which will direct you to a smaller road that leads up to the ancient city. The entire journey from Burdur to Sagalassos should take approximately 45 minutes. Parking is available near the entrance of the site, but it may incur a small fee.

Public Transportation
To reach Sagalassos using public transportation, take a bus from Burdur to Ağlasun. Buses depart regularly from the Burdur bus station, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Ağlasun, you may need to take a taxi or a local dolmuş (shared minibus) to reach Sagalassos, which is about 8 kilometers away. Taxi fares may vary, so it is advisable to negotiate the price before starting your ride. Depending on the time of day, you might wait for a while for the dolmuş to fill up.
