Walking
Start from the center of Göreme, near the Göreme Open Air Museum. Head east on Müze Cd. for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the main road. Turn left onto the main road (D302) and continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer. As you walk, you will pass by local shops and cafes which can serve as landmarks. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you to the Virgin Mary Church. After about 10 minutes, take a right onto a smaller road leading into the hills. Follow this path for about 300 meters until you see the Virgin Mary Church on your left.

Walking
If you are near the Göreme Bus Station, exit the station and turn right onto the main road. Walk straight for about 700 meters until you reach the traffic lights at the intersection. Cross the road and continue on the same street (Müze Cd.) for another 300 meters. When you reach the Göreme Open Air Museum, turn right and follow the previous route towards the Virgin Mary Church.

Walking
From the Love Valley viewpoint, head back down towards the main road (D302). Once you reach the road, turn left and walk along the roadside for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will see the signs for the Virgin Mary Church along the way. As you approach the church, look for the entrance which is slightly set back from the road.
