If you're starting from Taksim, take the funicular down to Kabataş, then transfer to the tram (T1 line) towards Bağcılar. Get off at the 'Kadıköy' stop. Once you exit the tram, walk straight to the ferry terminal. From there, take a ferry to Kadıköy. Upon arrival at the Kadıköy ferry terminal, walk straight along the waterfront promenade and turn right onto Caferağa Mahallesi. Continue walking down Mukadderhane Street, and you will find the Armenian Church of Surp Takavor at Mukadderhane Cd. 44-1.

If you are near Sultanahmet, take the bus from the Sultanahmet tram stop. Board the bus number 34 or 34AS heading to Kadıköy. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Kadıköy İskelesi' stop. From the bus stop, walk straight towards the ferry terminal, then continue straight onto Caferağa Mahallesi. Follow Mukadderhane Street until you reach the Armenian Church of Surp Takavor located at Mukadderhane Cd. 44-1.
