  • Public Transport - Tram

    If you are near Taksim Square, take the Taksim Metro (M2) towards Yenikapı. At the Yenikapı station, transfer to the Marmaray line and head towards Halkalı. Get off at the Sirkeci station. From Sirkeci, walk towards the tram stop and board the Tram T1 towards Bağcılar. Get off at the Sultanahmet stop. Once you exit the tram, head towards the direction of the Blue Mosque. Cistern Art Gallery is located on Nakilbent Street, number 6, just a short walk from the mosque.

  • Walking

    If you are already in the Sultanahmet area, you can easily walk to Cistern Art Gallery. From the Hagia Sophia, head towards the Blue Mosque, which is directly across the street. After visiting the mosque, exit towards the street parallel to the mosque and turn left onto Nakilbent Street. Continue walking straight for a few minutes until you see the Cistern Art Gallery on your right at No:6.
