Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in Sultanahmet, head towards the Sultan Ahmet Mosque (Blue Mosque) as your main landmark. From the mosque, walk towards the northwest direction along the main road (Mimar Sinan Caddesi). Continue walking straight until you see a small pathway on your left that leads to the gardens of the mosque. Walk through this pathway, and you will find The Hollow Tree just behind the mosque in the garden area.

    If you are further away in Sultanahmet, you can take the tram from the Sultanahmet Tram Station. Board the T1 tram towards Bağcılar. Get off at the next stop, which is Gülhane. From Gülhane tram station, exit and walk towards the Sultan Ahmet Mosque. Once you reach the mosque, follow the same directions as above to find The Hollow Tree.
