Walking
If you are in the central part of Alsancak, you can easily reach Gündoğdu Meydanı by walking. Head towards Atatürk Cd. (Atatürk Avenue) which is a main street in Alsancak. This avenue runs parallel to the waterfront. As you walk along Atatürk Cd., you will pass various cafes and shops. Continue walking straight until you reach the large square, Gündoğdu Meydanı, which will be on your left side. The walk should take about 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point.
