From Ladies Beach, head northeast on the main road (Güzelçamlı Cd). Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Atatürk Boulevard. At this intersection, turn left onto Atatürk Boulevard. Follow this road for approximately 500 meters until you see signs directing you towards Kuşadası Castle. You will need to take a right turn onto Güvercinada Cd. The castle is located at the end of this road, and you will see it on your left side.
