Kuşadası's Historical Landmark: The Monument

Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the center of Kusadasi, head towards the main street, Atatürk Boulevard. Walk down Atatürk Boulevard until you reach the intersection with Gençlik Street. Turn left onto Gençlik Street. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters. You will pass a few shops and cafes on your right. Keep an eye out for the sign for the Памятник (Monument), which will be on your left at Gençlik Cd. 5a. The monument is located in a small park area, making it an easy spot to find.

• Public Transport (Dolmuş)

  From your location in Kusadasi, find the nearest Dolmuş (shared minibus) stop. Look for Dolmuşes heading towards Türkmen. Board the Dolmuş and tell the driver you want to get off at Gençlik Cd. The ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Once you arrive, walk a short distance along Gençlik Cd., and you will find Памятник (Monument) at Gençlik Cd. 5a, located in a small park.

• Taxi

  For a quick and convenient option, you can take a taxi. Simply flag down a taxi or ask your hotel to arrange one for you. Tell the driver you want to go to Gençlik Cd. 5a, where Памятник (Monument) is located. The taxi ride should take around 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the monument will be in a small park area which is easily recognizable.
