From the center of Marmaris, head towards the Marina. Walk along the waterfront promenade, enjoying the view of the sea on your left. Continue straight until you reach the end of the promenade. Turn right and follow the signs towards the ferry terminal. Once at the terminal, you can take a ferry to Rhodes, which is approximately a 1-hour journey. Upon arrival at Rhodes, exit the ferry terminal and follow the signs to Saint Nicholas Fortress, which is about a 15-minute walk straight ahead.

From central Marmaris, take a local bus to the bus station. Buses regularly head to the nearby port town of Fethiye. Once you arrive at the Fethiye bus station, look for the signs leading to the ferry terminal. Purchase a ticket for the ferry to Rhodes. After arriving at the Rhodes ferry terminal, make your way out and walk towards Saint Nicholas Fortress, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the terminal.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Marmaris to the ferry terminal. Tell the driver to take you to the 'Marmaris Ferry Terminal.' Once you arrive at the terminal, buy a ticket for the ferry to Rhodes. Once you reach Rhodes, exit the terminal and walk straight for about 15 minutes to reach Saint Nicholas Fortress.
