From central Paphlagonia, head east towards the D100 highway. Merge onto D100 and follow the signs towards Karabük. After approximately 45 km, take the exit for Bulak. Continue on the Mencilis Mağara Sk. road for about 5 km until you reach Bulak Mencilis Mağarası. Parking is available near the entrance.

Take a bus from Paphlagonia to Karabük. Buses frequently depart from the main bus station. The journey takes about 1 hour and costs around 15-20 TL. Once in Karabük, transfer to a local minibus heading towards Bulak. The minibus will drop you off near Mencilis Mağara Sk. Walk about 1 km to reach the cave entrance.
