From the center of Pontus, head east on D915 towards Artvin. Continue driving for approximately 60 kilometers until you reach Borçka. In Borçka, follow the signs for Kara Göl (Borçka Karagöl Nature Park). The park entrance is about 20 kilometers from Borçka, and you will encounter a winding mountain road that leads you through beautiful landscapes. Be prepared for some steep climbs and sharp turns. The entrance to the park is located at coordinates 41.386122, 41.854106.

Start by taking a bus or minibus from Pontus to Borçka. Buses frequently run from the main bus terminal in Pontus to Borçka and the journey takes about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Borçka, you can take a local taxi or arrange for a shuttle service to Kara Göl, which is about 20 kilometers away. Taxi fares may vary, but expect to pay around 100-150 Turkish Lira for the ride. Make sure to confirm the fare before getting in.
