Walking
If you are in the city center of Trabzon, start at the Trabzon Castle (Trabzon Kalesi). From the castle, head down towards the coastal area. Walk along the coast until you reach the main road (Gülyalı Cd). Turn left and continue until you reach the intersection with Zeytinlik Cd. Turn right onto Zeytinlik Cd. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters, and you will see the Trabzon Museum (Kostaki Mansion) on your left side at number 7.

If you prefer to use public transportation, head to the nearest bus stop in the city center and take a dolmuş (shared taxi) heading towards Gazipaşa. Inform the driver that you are going to Zeytinlik Cd. Once you arrive at the stop near Zeytinlik Cd, get off and walk about 200 meters down Zeytinlik Cd. The Trabzon Museum (Kostaki Mansion) will be on your left at number 7.
