If you are driving, start from the center of Troad. Head south on D550 towards Serik. Continue for about 30 kilometers until you reach the junction for Akbaş. Take the exit towards Akbaş and follow the signs for Zeytintasi Cave. The cave is located approximately 10 kilometers from the junction.
