Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from Troad to Istanbul Aquarium, head east on the D550 highway. Follow the D550 for approximately 150 km until you reach the outskirts of Istanbul. Merge onto the O-3 highway towards Edirne/Istanbul. Continue on the O-3, then take the exit toward Florya. Follow the signs for Florya and take a right onto Yeşilköy Halkalı Cd. The aquarium will be on your left at Şenlikköy, Yeşilköy Halkalı Cd. No:93. There may be tolls along the O-3 highway, so be prepared to pay these fees.

• Public Transportation

  To use public transportation, start by taking a bus from Troad to Istanbul. The bus will take you to central Istanbul. Once you arrive, head to the nearest metro station and take the M1A line towards Atatürk Airport. Disembark at the 'Havalimanı' station. From there, you can take the city bus (Line 73 or 73A) that goes to Florya. The bus will stop near the aquarium. The total cost for the bus from Troad to Istanbul is approximately 100-150 Turkish Lira, and the metro and bus rides will cost around 30-40 Turkish Lira.

• Taxi

  For a more direct route and convenience, consider taking a taxi from your location in Troad directly to Istanbul Aquarium. This will cost significantly more, ranging from 700-1000 Turkish Lira depending on traffic and exact starting location. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey with the taxi driver.
