Start from Babalua Beach and head southeast on the main road. Continue straight for about 3.5 kilometers until you reach a roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto Grace Bay Road. Drive for approximately 1.5 kilometers and turn left onto Cooper Jack Bay Road. Continue on this road for about 1 kilometer until you see signs for Harveys Lake. The lake will be located on your right, and you can park in the designated parking area nearby.

From Babalua Beach, walk to the nearest bus stop on Grace Bay Road. Board a local bus heading towards Cooper Jack Bay. The fare is typically around $2-3 USD. Inform the driver you want to get off at Cooper Jack Bay Road. Once you get off, walk along Cooper Jack Bay Road for about 15 minutes until you reach Harveys Lake. Look for signs indicating the entrance to the park area.

If you're feeling adventurous, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops near Babalua Beach. Head southeast on the main road and follow the same route as if you were driving. It’s a scenic ride, approximately 5 kilometers total. Make sure to take your time and enjoy the views along the way. There are bike racks available near Harveys Lake for you to secure your bicycle.
