From any point in Babalua Beach, get onto the main road, Grace Bay Road. Head west towards the intersection with Coconut Road. Turn right onto Coconut Road and continue straight. You will see the public access point to the beach at 10 Coconut Rd, which is a small parking area that leads directly to the beach access.

If you're using public transportation, look for local buses or shuttles that run along Grace Bay Road. You can ask the driver to drop you off at the intersection of Grace Bay Road and Coconut Road. From there, walk south on Coconut Road for about 5 minutes until you reach the public access point to the beach at 10 Coconut Rd.
