Continue walking along the beach until you see the Swaying Palms public beach access. Once you reach the access point, look for the Kite Provo Kiteboarding School, which will be located at Long Bay Beach, directly accessible from this point.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can start your journey from your hotel in Grace Bay. Head southeast towards Long Bay Road. Follow Long Bay Road until you reach the end, which will lead you to the beach area. From there, look for the Swaying Palms public beach access, and the Kite Provo Kiteboarding School will be nearby on Long Bay Beach.
