From Malcolm's Road Beach, head northwest on Malcolm's Road toward the main road (North Caicos Road). Turn left onto North Caicos Road (also known as the 'big road'). Continue straight for about 5 miles until you reach the intersection with King Road. Turn right onto King Road and follow it for another mile. Indian Cave will be on your right at MC, King Road, Conch Bar TKCA 1ZZ. Make sure to watch for signs as you approach.

If you prefer public transportation, you can catch a local bus or shuttle from Malcolm's Road Beach to the main road (North Caicos Road). Once on the main road, look for a bus heading towards Conch Bar. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at the stop nearest to King Road.
