If you are staying in the central area of Parrot Cay, head towards the beach and follow the path that leads to the northern side of the island. Keep walking along the shoreline until you reach the main pathway that runs through Parrot Cay. Continue on this path for about 10 minutes until you reach Sandpiper Avenue. Turn left onto Sandpiper Avenue, and after a short walk, you will find Villa Tropica at 25 SandPiper Avenue.

Start from your accommodation in Parrot Cay and rent a bicycle if you haven't already. From the rental station, cycle towards the beach and take the path that leads north along the coast. As you ride, enjoy the views and keep an eye out for any signs leading to the main pathway. After about 10 minutes, you will come across Sandpiper Avenue. Turn left on Sandpiper Avenue and continue cycling until you reach Villa Tropica, located at 25 SandPiper Avenue.

If you have access to a golf cart, start from your location in Parrot Cay. Drive towards the main beach area and follow the signs to the main pathway. Continue driving along this path for approximately 5-10 minutes until you see Sandpiper Avenue on your left. Turn left onto Sandpiper Avenue, and after a short drive, Villa Tropica will be on your right at 25 SandPiper Avenue.

If you are arriving by boat, dock at the nearest marina in Parrot Cay. From the marina, walk towards the main beach area and follow the path leading north. After about 10 minutes, you will connect with the main pathway. Walk along this path until you reach Sandpiper Avenue. Turn left, and Villa Tropica will be located at 25 SandPiper Avenue.
