If you're staying in Grace Bay, head south towards the main road (Leeward Highway) by walking along Grace Bay Beach until you reach the main street. Once at the main road, turn left onto Leeward Highway and continue walking for approximately 2 miles. Look for signs pointing to Five Cays Beach. After a while, you'll see a sign for Cooper Jack Bay Settlement. Turn right onto the road leading into the settlement and continue walking until you reach the entrance to Five Cays Beach.

You can rent a bicycle from various shops around Providenciales. Start at your location and cycle towards Leeward Highway. Once you reach Leeward Highway, turn left and ride for about 2 miles. Watch for the sign for Cooper Jack Bay Settlement, and take a right turn. Follow the road until you see the entrance to Five Cays Beach. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes, depending on your speed.

Catch a local bus or shuttle that runs along Leeward Highway. You can find bus stops near popular tourist areas like Grace Bay. Board the bus and inform the driver that you want to get off at Cooper Jack Bay Settlement. After approximately 15-20 minutes, the bus will drop you off close to the entrance of Five Cays Beach. From there, it's just a short walk to the beach.
