If you are staying in Leeward, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Start by heading north on the main road toward the intersection with the road that leads to the ferry terminal. Once you reach the intersection, turn right and continue until you see signs for the Middle Caicos ferry. Follow the signs for approximately 15 minutes to reach the ferry terminal. The ferry ride to Middle Caicos will take about 30 minutes, and tickets cost around $20 round trip. Once you arrive at the Middle Caicos ferry terminal, you can either take a taxi to Conch Bar Caves or rent a bicycle there to make the final leg of your journey.

From your location in Leeward, you can call a local taxi service. The taxi ride to the ferry terminal will take about 10 minutes and typically costs around $10-$15. After arriving at the Middle Caicos ferry terminal, you can hire a taxi that will take you directly to Conch Bar Caves. This ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes, and you should expect to pay around $25 for this taxi service.

If you're feeling adventurous and physically fit, you could potentially walk to the ferry terminal from Leeward. Start by heading towards the main road and continue walking north for about 1.5 miles (2.4 km) to reach the ferry terminal. This walk will take around 30-40 minutes. After taking the ferry to Middle Caicos, it's recommended to take a taxi to Conch Bar Caves since walking may not be practical due to the distance.
